Terms:
The premises are available for immediate occupation to an approved Tenant but are let exclusive of existing Tenant’s shop fittings/plant and equipment. The existing lease is available for Assignment (subject to Landlord’s consent) or it may be possible to obtain a direct lease (also subject to Landlord’s consent). The current lease expires on 14.03.2015 with 1 option to extend for 5 years. Current rental payable is around $32,000.00 PA + GST + outgoings or proportional share thereof (tba). The performance of any lease will need to be Personally Guaranteed and in addition, a Bank Guarantee of $10,000.00 will be required as additional security.
